I have made a purchase online at www.TeamCard.co.uk and my points aren't showing in my account.

Please be aware, it takes up to 48 hours for a transaction to show in your TeamCard account following a purchase online through TeamCard.co.uk. If it has been more than 48 hours and you feel you have properly followed the steps as above, please login to your TeamCard account, click the 'My TeamCard' button and go to 'Missing Points' to register an enquiry. You must have all relevant details of your purchase including Partner name, date and time of purchase, and proof of completed sale. Once you provide all the necessary details we will do our best to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible.
