I have made a purchase online at www.TeamCard.co.uk and the incorrect number of points have been awarded to my account.
Please make sure you login to your TeamCard account, click the 'My TeamCard' button and go to 'Missing Points' to register an enquiry. You must have all relevant details of your purchase including Partner name, date and time of purchase, and proof of completed sale. Once you provide all the necessary details we will do our best to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible.
If you have a question relating to points collected online, simply login to your TeamCard account, go to 'My TeamCard' and click on the 'Missing Points' button. This will allow you to provide us with all the details necessary to properly deal with your enquiry.
