I have made a purchase online at www.TeamCard.co.uk and my points are still marked as 'pending' after 28 days.
To register a points enquiry, please make sure you login to your TeamCard account, click the 'My TeamCard' button and go to 'Missing Points'. Follow the simple steps to provide all relevant details of the purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you have a question relating to points collected online, simply login to your TeamCard account, go to 'My TeamCard' and click on the 'Missing Points' button. This will allow you to provide us with all the details necessary to properly deal with your enquiry.
