I made a purchase with a high-street retailer and haven't received any points.
If you have made a purchase with one of our listed high-street retailers and presented your TeamCard at time of purchase but your points are not showing up in your account, please contact our support team with full details of your purchase including the merchant's name, date of purchase, your name and TeamCard number. You may be required to provide a copy of your receipt of purchase to prove the transaction was eligible for a points' allocation.
If you have a question relating to points collected online, simply login to your TeamCard account, go to 'My TeamCard' and click on the 'Missing Points' button. This will allow you to provide us with all the details necessary to properly deal with your enquiry.
