How long does it take for pending points to be moved to my account balance?
Your TeamCard points will appear in pending within 48 hours of your online purchase. They will remain in pending long enough for the returns period to pass to ensure that items purchased online haven't been sent back. If the purchase is approved the points will be moved to your account and accessible to redeem usually within 28 days.
If you have a question relating to points collected online, simply login to your TeamCard account, go to 'My TeamCard' and click on the 'Missing Points' button. This will allow you to provide us with all the details necessary to properly deal with your enquiry.
