Can I still earn points if I don't shop through the TeamCard website?
Afraid not. To be eligible to earn TeamCard points, you must access the available TeamCard merchants through the TeamCard website. There are over 400 available TeamCard online merchants on 'Team Street'. Simply login to your account by entering your user name and password. This will take you to Team Street. From here, simply select the merchant you want to shop with by clicking on their logo. Click the 'take me there' button and you're in! Continue to shop as usual and we'll track your eligible points once you've completed your transactions online.
If you have a question relating to points collected online, simply login to your TeamCard account, go to 'My TeamCard' and click on the 'Missing Points' button. This will allow you to provide us with all the details necessary to properly deal with your enquiry.
