I bought something online and then realised that the retailer was a TeamCard merchant. Can I get points for a purchase I made in the past?
Afraid not. You must get to a TeamCard merchant's website through the TeamCard website to be eligible to earn points. That is the only way we can track your purchase and the only way the merchant knows that you are eligible for points.
If you have a question relating to points collected online, simply login to your TeamCard account, go to 'My TeamCard' and click on the 'Missing Points' button. This will allow you to provide us with all the details necessary to properly deal with your enquiry.
